Membership Renewal




Membership Application- Renewal time!
The latest Membership Application form has now been posted to all Members. Please kep an eye out for that in the post over the next few days.
We have made a few changes to the form to make it easier for Members. One is the Direct Deposit option - with details at the bottom of the form. Please make sure that your sign your form- the signature spot has been made a lot more obvious on this version. The hard copy of the form MUST be posted in.
Also the form now has 2 pages. The AHSA Liability Declaration form is on the flip side. Members need only tick Box 1 and sign this as well. Please note that ALL Members apperaring on the Membership form must submit an AHSA form. Children can be included on the same form as their parents. We must insist on this being completed as per our Insurance obligations with the AHSA.

Members' Insurance - AHSA
Members have the option of taking out further Insurance through the AHSA. Please click on the form here to view the coverage offered. The cost is $30 and applies to the Membership. Any questions can be directed to us or the AHSA. If you are interested in taking out this insurance you need to notify our Secretary that you wish to take this out and forward $30 payable to the NSW Palomino Society. We then pay the AHSA on your behalf.
